Why was my withdrawal rejected?
The most common reason is that the requested game is currently marked as Unrated. When a game is Unrated, we cannot buy your item even if the game link is correct.
Other common reasons include:

- The item has been removed or is no longer available
- The submitted game or item link was incorrect
If your withdrawal is rejected, it will be returned to your balance and you can submit a new withdrawal request.
Why didn't my offer credit?
Offer tracking is handled by third-party providers. If an offer does not credit, it may be due to:

- Tracking issues on the provider side
Why do I need to verify my account?
