1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Platform Overview

This platform allows users to earn virtual credits by completing offers, surveys, and other activities. These credits can be redeemed for various rewards.

• Virtual credits are non-transferable
• Virtual credits have no real-world monetary value
• Credits can only be used within the platform for reward redemption

3. User Accounts & Verification

• Users must provide a valid username
• A unique user ID is used to identify accounts
• Certain features, including withdrawals and chat, require account verification

Verification is completed by confirming ownership of the Roblox account. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke verification at our discretion. We will never request passwords or sensitive login credentials.

4. Earning & Offer Completion

• Users may earn credits by completing third-party offers and surveys
• Offer tracking is handled by external providers
• We are not responsible for missing, delayed, or uncredited offers

Any abuse of the earning system is strictly prohibited.

5. Withdrawals

• Users must meet the minimum withdrawal requirement
• Withdrawals are only available to verified users
• All withdrawals are final and cannot be reversed once submitted

Processing:

• Requests are typically processed within 24 hours
• Delivery time depends on the selected reward method
• Some methods may require additional time due to external platform systems (e.g. pending periods)

6. Withdrawal Methods

We offer multiple reward methods, which may include:

• Roblox-based rewards (e.g. gamepass purchases)
• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency (e.g. Bitcoin)
• Other digital rewards

Each method may have different requirements, fees, and delivery times.

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate payout details
• Ensuring the selected method is valid and accessible
• Verifying all information before submitting a request

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect wallet addresses or account details
• Unsupported regions or payment limitations
• Delays or issues caused by third-party providers

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions may result in suspension or permanent termination:

• Using multiple accounts
• Using VPNs, proxies, or emulators
• Completing offers fraudulently
• Using bots, scripts, or automation
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Completing offers on behalf of others

We reserve full discretion in determining violations.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time for:

• Suspicious activity
• Fraudulent behavior
• Violations of these Terms

All decisions are final.

9. Virtual Credits Disclaimer

Credits earned on this platform:

• Are not real currency
• Cannot be exchanged for real money directly through the platform
• Have no guaranteed value outside the platform

10. Refund Policy

All withdrawals and redemptions are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Completed withdrawals
• User errors (incorrect payment details, wrong account, etc.)
• Third-party provider issues or delays

11. Daily Rain Promotion

The platform may run a recurring "Daily Rain" promotion in which a virtual credit pot is split equally between all eligible participants at the end of each 24-hour cycle.

Eligibility:

• Account must be verified
• Must have earned at least 10 R$ from completed offers within the active 24-hour cycle
• Must have sent at least 1 chat message during the active 24-hour cycle
• Eligible users are auto-entered, no manual action is required
• Each account may only enter once per cycle

Minimum Participants:

A minimum of 10 participants is required for the rain to payout. If fewer than 10 participants join by the end of the cycle, the rain closes without any payout and no credits are distributed.

Payouts:

• The pot is divided equally between all eligible participants when the timer ends
• Per-user payout amounts are rounded down and credited automatically to the user balance
• Pot size, schedule, eligibility threshold, minimum participant count, and payout rules may change at any time without notice
• Any abuse, multi-accounting, or fraudulent earning voids eligibility and any associated payout

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Daily Rain promotion at our sole discretion, including reversing payouts tied to abuse.

12. Chat Usage

Users are expected to use chat responsibly and respectfully. Spam, advertising, dishonest behavior, or attempts to misuse chat features are not permitted and may result in restricted access to chat or other platform features.

We reserve the right to moderate chat activity and take action where necessary to maintain the integrity, security, and overall experience of the platform.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, logos, graphics, design elements, layouts, systems, features, and original content are owned by the platform unless otherwise stated.

If any third-party platforms, games, trademarks, brands, or assets are displayed or referenced on the platform, they are used for identification and compatibility purposes. Third-party trademarks, logos, and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's original branding, systems, content, or design without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of earnings or rewards
• Delayed or failed withdrawals
• Third-party service issues
• Any indirect or consequential damages

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with those laws.
